She is called Ayşe Zing because it reads very much like Ned’s car number plate. Ayşe sounds like ‘eye-shah’ in English.

Ayşe landed by magic balloon. Actually, the balloon is just for everyday human visual spectrum eye sight. Really, Ayşe travels within a magic infinity bubble which symbolises Ayşe’s personal sovereign space.

With magic eyes you would see it. Arther sees and knows it because he has one too.
